In the second of the Managing Your Farm Business series, Toni Duka, Consultant, Coach, Facilitator, and Women in Ag advocate, looks at how to manage communication and teams in the unique family farm business environment.

The workshop will cover:

  • Creating effective teams
  • Communication structures
  • Setting boundaries – tips for working in a family business
  • Coaching conversations
  • Managing change
