Join us for the 2024 Tech Fest Print Jam and unleash your creativity! 

This exciting 3-week hackathon is a fantastic opportunity to explore the world of printing and fabrication.

***Hackathon Details***

Date: Friday, 7 June to Wednesday, 26 June 2024 (3 weeks)
Time: 12:00pm - 5:00pm (Follow Program Details Below for Kick Off and Final Judging Event) 
Location: UTS Building 15, Level 1, Room 010.
Additional Info: The location and times are a suggestion for when you can work on your project. There are limited spots. Make sure you register your spot quick and only do so if you are sure you can participate! 

Who is invited: All UTS students interested in 3D printing and fabrication!

Friday, June 07 June | 12:00 PM

Tech Fest Print Jam - Kick-off Event

• 12:00 pm - 12:30pm: Arrivals, registrations, and welcome
• 12:30pm - 1:00pm: Networking and team formations
• 1:00pm - 1:30pm: Print Jam theme reveal
• 1:30pm - 2:00pm: Workshop, tools, and equipment overview
• 2:00pm onwards: Print Jam commences

Wednesday, 26 June | 12:00 PM

Tech Fest Print Jam - Final Judging Event

• 12:00pm - 12:15pm: Arrivals
• 12:15pm - 1:00pm: Finalise your project before submission, deadline is at 1:00pm
• 1:00pm - 4:00pm: Final submissions of entries, judging, evening snacks and prizes

Prizes: Prizes will be awarded in various categories, recognising outstanding prints and other quirky achievements. Please note, prizes will be awarded to UTS students only.

Team Sizes: Groups of 3-5 students can participate. Group allocations will be done in person or through discord if you do not meet the minimum group number of students.

Theme: This will be announced at the Kick-off Event!

Food: Light refreshments and snacks will be provided on the Kick-off Event and Final Judging Event.
