Event description

As part of Tech Fest 2024, we welcome Sergeant Phillip Moss from SAPOL to talk about online security.

Sergeant Moss will talk about the various scam methodologies used by scammers and how participants can exercise scam prevention strategies.  This session includes:

- Scam statistics
- Top contact methods used by scammers
- Phishing
- Scam red flags
- Online shopping
- Sharing your information safely
- Prevention measures you can take to keep yourself safe
