Tech Forum Presentation - Façade Engineering – how to get it right (In-Person Registration)
Event description
Peter Raimondo is a senior building enclosure engineer and associate director for Auckland at Oculus Building Science and Facades. Trained in Canada from his experience in investigating and remediating building envelope problems, he moved to NZ 6 years ago is always looking for ways to share his knowledge and improve the building and construction industry as a whole.
Peter will be presenting on a variety of facade/enclosure/envelope topics including the recent H1 changes, Overheating, Condensation, Ventilation, and non-standard details and assemblies. The topics might sound dry and technical, but Peter's presentation style is anything but. He'll keep the slides as quick, fun, and engaging as possible, and he'll leave plenty of time at the end for discussion so bring your questions, concerns, and examples for him to provide free, helpful (but unofficial) advice.
Drinks and Nibbles will be provided. Please arrive at 5:30pm for a 6:00pm start.
