Plainlight delivers practical, beginner-friendly sessions designed to help the Ballarat community build confidence using everyday AI tools like ChatGPT, Google Gemini and Claude. Each session includes live demos, simple take-home prompts and clear guidance on privacy and reliability checks.
AI for Students and Lifelong Learners
Discover how students and adult learners can use AI for planning, understanding and improving written work while maintaining academic integrity. This session will cover study planning, mind maps, summaries, practice questions and structured prompts that support focus and learning. You will also learn to conduct reliability checks and avoid plagiarism. Useful for all learners, including neurodivergent people and those who benefit from extra structure.
No prior experience needed. Bringing your own device is recommended but not required.
