Tech Tuesday at the Geraldton Regional Library

Do you wish to learn more about accessing digital library content? Do you have some questions about basic use of your devices? In celebration of the National eSmart Week 2025, Geraldton Regional Library will be offering free, one-on-one tech help sessions. These will be for 30 minutes each and can include help on any of the topics below. Pre-registration is essential. Bringing your own device is encouraged.

Our staff can assist you with: 

• Accessing digital content: Download ebooks, audiobooks, magazines, and more from platforms like BorrowBox, Libby, Kanopy, and Hoopla on your smartphone, tablet, or laptop.
• Navigating the Library Catalogue: Efficiently search, locate and reserve materials within our library catalogue.
• Using social media: Get basic guidance on how to use Facebook.
• Setting up and using email: Create and manage email accounts and perform basic internet searches.
• Operating devices: Receive support for basic operations on smartphones, iPads/tablets, and laptops.
