'Today’s the day the teddy bears have their picnic!’ Bring a picnic lunch to the Island Storytellers Teddy Bears Picnic, for stories and music for teddies, their owners and families. Australian bird and animal ‘teddies’ especially welcome! Come to Lamb Island from Straddie Minjerribah and Coochiemudlo on Kurrowera and arrive in time for the Teddy Bear's Picnic!
Will suit ages Children 0 to 12yo.
Aunty Lola & Uncle Which Way
Aunty Lola and Uncle Which Way are storytellers who bring First Nations stories, songs, laughter and lots of fun to children. Through music, storytelling and playful activities, they share culture, connection and the beauty of Country in a way that children can enjoy and remember.
Come along for a joyful journey of stories, songs, learning and plenty of fun!
Bring your favourite toy and a picnic, enjoy our welcome to country at 11.30 with Aunty Avrill Quaill, and story time from 12.00pm in the Lamb Island Lawn Amphitheatre.
