TEDxBrisbane 2022: Engineering Impact

After three reschedules and 3+ years of planning - we're finally back!

Join us for the most inspirational and educational day of the year! As Brisbane's premier ideas festival, TEDxBrisbane is the space where innovative, compelling and game-changing ideas collide with Brisbane's thinkers, doers and changemakers. People just like you.

Our theme for this year is Engineering Impact - and the day will be filled with inspiring ideas, stories and speakers who have taken a bold leap to impact our city, our country and the world positively.

The full one-day event will feature 15 TEDx Talks, highlighted by five incredible performances from local artists. You can check out the speaker lineup here.  Performers will be announced in the lead-up to the day.

The Participant Ticket (all-day general admission) includes the full-day TEDxBrisbane program, the full day of catering, a TEDxBrisbane swag bag and the 2-hour catered After Party. 

You also have the opportunity to help us Pay It Forward by opting to purchase one of our Pay It Forward tickets, which include the standard access plus a 20% or 100% sponsorship of a scholarship ticket for people who would be otherwise unable to attend. 

Applications for scholarship tickets are now open and close 20 November. 

Scholarship applications are open to individuals who hold a Pensioner Concession Card, Seniors Card, or student card (full-time students only). The number of scholarships we offer is directly linked to the community's Pay It Forward contributions.

In response to demand, we are excited to announce that this year's event will be 16+, allowing 16 and 17-year-olds to attend. Attendees aged 16 and 17 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over, and both must have purchased tickets. Please note the content is considered appropriate for 16+.
