TEDxCanberra Conversations are free, monthly community networking events where we invite you to join fellow Canberrans for a conversation about big ideas. Each event features a selected TED Talk, a presentation by a special guest and time for questions and open conversation.

In this month's Conversation, we are exploring the theme of Our Memories. In the age of selfies and vlogs, capturing moments have never been easier. But have we missed the essence of the moment itself by being distracted? Why are negative memories easier to remember than happier ones?

Join us on February 27 to discuss and share your perspectives on how we form - and lose - our memories. Don't miss out - register now.

TEDxCanberra Conversations are powered by the global TED Circles initiative. Learn more at TEDCircles.com.
