This Beginner BoxFit class is for all students 12 - 17 years old. Improve your fitness, health and wellbeing while learning some basic boxing fundamentals and exercises in this fun energetic class designed for students youths.

When: Wednesdays, 3:30pm - 4:15pm from 25th October until 29th November.
What to bring: Wear comfortable active wear, bring a drink bottle and towel (optional). Changing rooms are available onsite.
