Teen Jewellery Eco Art Workshop

This event has passed Get tickets

Event description

This workshop is all about finding new value in the most obsolete items. From rubber and cork off-cuts to redundant electrical 'waste', we'll help your children transform their salvaged treasures into bespoke and fashionable pieces of wearable art.

Every participant walks away with a ready-to-wear piece. Whether they're making something for themselves or as a gift we'll help them build jewellery that can stand the test of everyday wear.

We will cover the basic techniques of jewellery making plus introduce your kids to our trade-secret joining techniques to make their own sets of upcycled earrings, necklaces and/or bracelets.

Suitable for ages 10 to 16. We supply all tools, materials and an experienced facilitator.

About our School Holiday workshops:

Our workshops demonstrate how to use clean industrial discards to create amazing works of art. Our experienced facilitator will suggest age appropriate ideas plus alternative joining techniques to challenge and engage participants.

Tickets cost $20 plus a small booking fee. Purchase two or more tickets and receive a 10% discount on your order.

* PLEASE NOTE *

Participants with special needs must be accompanied by an adult.
