Laughing Goat Productions Terms and Conditions

During all workshops, Laughing Goat Productions request permission to take photographs of classes for use on our website and social media for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, that’s no problem at all, please let us know.
Workshop numbers are kept small to maximise our attention on all participants. There is a maximum and a minimum number of students per class. Book early to secure your place. If the minimum number of students is not achieved within 1 week of the workshop date, the workshop may be cancelled.
Laughing Goat Productions reserves the right to cancel workshops at their own discretion.
Students are responsible for their own food during workshops as no food will be provided.
All the contents of the workshop (including but not limited to Laughing Goat Productions resources, games, materials, tools, aids methodology, know-how, concepts, framework, methods, techniques, systems, designs) are intellectual property held under licence by LGP (“Intellectual Property”) and all rights are reserved. No part of LGP’s Intellectual Property may be reproduced or copied in any form or by any process, electronic or otherwise, without the express written permission of LGP.
Recording (whether sound, video, photographing or otherwise) is not permitted at the workshop without prior written approval from LGP.

Cancellation Policy

All payments are non-refundable. If in the event a student cannot make the workshop under extenuating circumstances, we will hold the spot for our next round of workshops. This is at the discretion of Laughing Goat Productions.
You may substitute another person in your place if you give us at least 24 hours notice before the start time of the course/workshop or training session.
If you fail to attend a course, the course fee will not be refunded or transferred to another date. We will attempt to send you reminders regarding your workshop date to your nominated email address but cannot guarantee its delivery – it is your responsibility to remember the course dates you have registered for.
A workshop may be cancelled by Laughing Goat Productions due to insufficient student numbers or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness or global pandemic*). In this event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
No responsibility will be taken for any personal property left at the facility; nor liability for any personal injury.

*In the event that government restrictions force the cancellation or postponement of workshops, as they did in the first half of 2020 with COVID19, students will be offered the option of a refund or their fees held in credit for when workshops are able to resume again.
