✨Being a teenager can be hard. There’s so much going on with school, friendships, online, family and all the physical changes.
☁️Teens deserve some time-out, to slow thoughts down, de-stress and relax.
✨We love to have a laugh along the way, while developing strength, flexibility and coordination.

Mindful Movement Yoga provides inclusivity of all fitness levels with gentle movement and mindfulness, encouraging a better understanding of self.
We integrate discussion and games to explore the 6 core competencies of Social and Emotional learning: Self-Management, Self-Awareness, Relationship Skills, Social Awareness and Responsible Decision-Making.
The MMY programmes have links to the Australian curriculum- Health and Phys Ed units, and our philosophy is based around the science of yoga, namely focussing on the benefits to the mind and body through understanding of anatomy and physiology.
There are no spiritual references, Sanskrit or religious references of any kind in our classes.
