Teen Yoga Series (12+)
8-Week Term with Sarah

Teens (12+) are warmly invited to join Sarah for a nurturing 8-week yoga series designed just for them!

Each one-hour session will support nervous system regulation and encourage embodied awareness through:

🌿 Fun, accessible yoga poses and mindful movement
🌿 Breathing practices to build focus and ease
🌿 Simple relaxation and guided meditation
🌿 Time for reflection and journaling
🌿 A safe, supportive, and inclusive space to connect—with themselves and each other

This series is perfect for beginners—no prior yoga experience is needed.
Each session builds on the last, so attendance at all eight classes is encouraged.

Let your teen explore mindfulness, movement, and self-discovery in a fun and welcoming environment!

Why Practice With Me?
I'm Sarah—a qualified yoga and meditation teacher (350-hour YTT) with additional training in Mental Health Aware Yoga (60 hours). My approach is gentle, inclusive, and grounded in nervous system support, embodied movement, and compassionate connection.

I’m passionate about creating safe, welcoming spaces where students of all ages and backgrounds can slow down, feel, and reconnect—with themselves and with each other.

I am fully insured and hold a current Working With Children Check and National Police Clearance.

As a mum, I know how valuable these practices can be. I love sharing yoga with my 13 year old daughter—and I'm excited she'll be joining this series too!
