Free Telephone Crisis Supporter Information Session

Are you a good listener? Ever thought about volunteering with Lifeline Gippsland on the 13 11 14 Crisis Support and Suicide Prevention line?

Come and find out the steps in the journey to becoming a Lifeline Crisis Supporter – a truly rewarding and unique way of giving back to the community by providing support to callers in times of crisis.

In this session you will:

·         Hear from Crisis Supporters and their experience and ask any questions about their volunteer experience

·         Find out more about the steps to apply to volunteer

·         Learn about the training and accreditation pathway

·         Find out about all the support and development opportunities

·         Learn about the commitment required

·         Ask any questions you may have

This 60-minute information session will be held at the Lifeline Gippsland training rooms in Morwell from 5.30pm onwards.
