A celebrated and prolific writer, Anita Heiss offers new perspectives on what it means to be Australian in entertaining and engaging books such as her historical novel Bila Yarrudhanggalangdhuray.

Avril Quaill is a Quandamooka woman whose ancestral lands are the Moreton Bay islands of Brisbane. She is Acting Head of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Engagement with the Queensland Museum Network.
