An invitation to journey through the breath 🙏

In our monthly Temple Night sessions you are invited to explore your breath, body and mind in a safe and held space.

The Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) technique allows for the expression and exploration of stored energy in the body without the stories. There are no expectations or outcomes put upon you in the session, this is rather an opportunity for you to connect to your Self in a way that is authentic and genuine to you, allowing you to be met exactly where you are, in your own way, in your own time.

What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?

Conscious because we bring out attention to the breath
Connected because there is no pause between the inhale and exhale

The CCB technique, also known as "transformational breathwork" allows the prefrontal cortex (the thinking brain) to switch off while stimulating the nervous system. This in turn gives the body permission to process stored emotions, and for the incomplete energy cycles to be completed.

On the night, Tom will explain this is more detail and will be available to answer any questions you might have.

"When you learn take control of your breath, you learn to take control of your life." - T.N
