Temple of Touch
Description
A day retreat devoted to the art of touch, self-love and deeper connection.
What if you could learn to speak the language of your own body?
This is an immersive day of exploring the many ways we can nurture, soothe and connect through touch ~ beginning with the relationship we have with ourselves.
We'll explore different qualities of touch and witness how the body responds to each.
Soft or grounding. Light or spacious. Fluid or nurturing. Warm, enlivening and awakening.
You’ll be guided to slow down, listen deeply and notice the subtle responses of your body ~ learning where you welcome touch, what kind of touch feels nourishing, and how your body communicates its needs.
Throughout the day we’ll explore:
✨ Self-massage techniques
✨ Different qualities and styles of touch inspired by the four elements
✨ How to tune into subtle sensations and body responses
✨ Ways to cultivate deeper self-love and embodied awareness
✨ Giving and receiving nurturing touch with presence & intention
✨ Creating greater connection with ourselves and with others
This is an invitation to come home to your body.
To soften the places that have been holding.
To listen to the whispers beneath the noise.
To discover what feels good, nourishing and true.
A space to slow down, be curious, receive, and remember the powerful language of touch.
Come spend a day in the Temple of Touch ~ and deepen the most intimate relationship you will ever have: the one with yourself.
Ticket includes cacao & a meal. :)
