Tender Warrior
Event description
A Journey of Heart-Opening, Safety, and Transformation
In our fast-paced world, finding authentic connection and safe spaces for emotional expression has become increasingly rare. This workshop offers a sacred container where we can slow down, open our hearts, and experience the profound healing that emerges when we gather in authentic community.
What You'll Experience
Sacred Cacao Journey
We begin our journey with a traditional cacao ceremony, honoring this ancient plant medicine that has been used for millennia to open the heart and connect us to our deeper wisdom. Cacao serves as a gentle ally, helping us soften our defenses and approach the evening's work with an open, receptive heart. You'll learn about the sacred history of cacao while setting personal intentions.
Creating Safe Spaces: Inner and Outer Landscapes
Through guided discussion and reflective exercises, we'll explore what it truly means to create safety—both within ourselves and in our relationships and communities. We'll learn to create a safe space within our own bodies so that we can build a larger capacity for the social justice work needed in our communities today. This conversation creates the foundation for meaningful transformation to occur.
Supported Group Emotional Release
In the sacred container we've created together, we'll engage in a facilitated group release session. Using breathwork, movement, sound, and other somatic practices, participants will have the opportunity to release stored emotions, trauma, and energy that no longer serves their highest good. This isn't therapy, but rather a ceremonial space for letting go, witnessed and held by community.
Who This Is For
This workshop is designed for anyone seeking deeper connection, emotional healing, and authentic community. Whether you're new to ceremonial work or an experienced practitioner, you'll find value in this carefully crafted experience. We welcome all genders, backgrounds, and levels of experience with plant medicine or group work.
