Nervous and Energetic System Reset Workshop with Celine
Join Celine from Inner Growth Therapy to learn how to tend to and befriend your nervous system.
In this empowering session, you will:
• Learn neuroscience-backed self-regulation skills to manage emotional triggers and stress.
• Learn Grounding Techniques
• Experience energy medicine and Breathing techniques, including EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
and Reiki.
• How to use Visualization and Hypnosis for Resetting the nervous system
• Discover practical tools for resetting your nervous system when feeling collapsed, triggered, depleted, or overwhelmed.
The exercises taught in the group will help you manage your stress by feeling grounded and reconnected to your body and gaining somatic skills for self-soothing and regulation. Learn to soothe your nervous system.
This group setting offers a healing and supportive environment, helping you cleanse your energy, release emotional blockages, and create a personalized self-care plan.
