Group Definition and Extended Family Sessions:
A "group" is defined as up to 10 people, which can include any combination of parents, children, grandparents, cousins, coworkers, or friends. If you wish to have extended family.friend photos with more than 10 people, you will need to book more than one session.

Session Timing and Punctuality:
Please be aware that session start and end times are strict, as sessions are scheduled back-to-back. We recommend arriving 5 minutes early to ensure you are ready.

Payment and Booking Policy:
All payments are final. Please choose your session time and date carefully. 

Pets Policy:
Friendly pets are welcome! You are responsible for any incidents or accidents. While waiting, please keep your pet outside, ensure they are clean, and avoid letting them jump on others. 

Children and Supervision:
Please supervise your children at all times. If something is broken, you will be required to cover the cost.

Photos and Session Details:
Groups can expect to receive an average of 10 to 20 photos, depending on the variety captured during the session. While we cannot guarantee every child will smile or pose perfectly, our team is skilled at creating a comfortable atmosphere and guiding poses to capture memorable moments.

Each session lasts for up to 15 minutes. While we strive to stay on schedule, there may be occasional delays. If the session before yours runs overtime, rest assured it will not reduce your time.

Use of Photos:
We may share some of our favourite photos on social media or for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to have your photos shared, please let us know on the day of your session.

Agreement to Terms:
By booking a session, you agree to our terms, conditions, and booking policies on behalf of your group.

We love seeing your photos on social media! Tag us on Facebook and Instagram, and thank you for the wonderful feedback and recommendations.
