Hosted by expert educators, your students will deepen their understanding of the importance of water in our lives and the systems in place for it to flow through our taps, rivers and oceans. Students will take an in-depth dive into the water cycle and its human connection, investigate the issues that face water conservation, and explore potential solutions.

During this interactive virtual learning session your students will:

understand the value and state of freshwater resources in the world
identify the differences and issues behind natural & urban water cycles
learn about sustainable urban water solutions like Water Sensitive Urban Design and water recycling
investigate surface and groundwater problems and potential solutions

Curriculum: Science, Geography, Design and Technologies, Critical and Creative Thinking and Personal and Social Capabilities.

Important notes:

Our maximum group size is 30 students. Each ticket is for one class per registered school. If you have more than 30 students you will need to book a number of tickets. We aim to maximise student engagement and the opportunity for questions.
Payments made online using a credit card will accrue a booking fee for each session ticket purchased. Alternatively, you can request an invoice. A flat booking fee of $4.63 will apply, regardless of the number of tickets purchased.
The session will open 10 minutes before the scheduled start
We use Zoom Video Conferencing to deliver virtual learning sessions.
Q & A will be left open for students to communicate with CERES educators during the webinar.
