Each week we will get together to move, dance, sing and play while making new friends and having fun learning about out bodies and the natural world we live in

Our class will run for 45 minutes and include

Time in nature
Breathing Activities & Minduflness
Games
Partner yoga
Exercises to build spacial and self awareness
Relaxation & Breathing to close the class

Wild Flow Kids Yoga is the perfect way to connect with your children, tap into your inner child and learn valuable skills to take off the mat and into your homes and lives

What to Bring

* Yoga mat or towel

* Comfortable clothing

* Water Bottle

* A hat & pre applied sunscreen

Your imagination & a smile

*No prior Yoga experience required We invite you to take it at your own pace, and use this time to connect and have some fun with your kids.

Our classes will run both inside and outside so sturdy sandals or closed in shoes are recommended for outside and barefoot is preferred for the "yoga" element of the class

Yoga is so much more than fancy poses or flexibility and it is our mission to share the fun and adventurous side of yoga with as many kids and families as possible
