Perfect for absolute beginners, this course introduces the fundamentals of aerial silks, trapeze, and lyra. Build strength, coordination, and confidence as you explore basic positions, mounts, and transitions in a supportive environment. No prior experience needed—just bring your curiosity and a willingness to hang upside down!
