Monday Yoga will start 19th August.

This Yoga class with Emma Polette is a Gentle vinyasa flow suitable for all experience levels including absolute beginners. This class, focused on the breath, will take you through a gentle stretch for the whole body.
Your teacher, will offer guidance and adaptions for all levels so that even beginners can feel confident to try yoga for the first time.

Tuesday Contemporary 6.45 - 7.45

Wednesday night classes will run for 5 weeks from the 31/7 - 28/8:

Wednesday Beginner Ballet 6.30 - 7.30
Wednesday Jazz Groove 7.30 - 8.30
