Alicia is an old scholar to Walford and strongly believes that yoga and mindfulness should be accessible for everyone.

These classes will be filled with fun games, stories and poses that the children can relate to. Alicia’s goal is to empower students and give them confidence and a clear mind for the day ahead.

Starting from the 1st of August, all reception to year 3s are welcome to join Alicia in the Walford Gymnasium Movement Room, every Tuesday at 7:50am for a fun and mindful yoga class. (an earlier start for term 3 to give the girls enough time to get to class on time).

BYO yoga mat OR borrow ours. Yogis are welcome to wear their school dress with shorts underneath or their PE uniform.

Each class will begin & end with a light meditation. We will build on a progressive "flow" each week & play mindful games together aimed to ignite the girls creativity. I will also be gifting the students with an "affirmation journal" to bring along each week.
