8 Week program

Wednesday - 14 October to Wednesday 02 December 2026 inclusive

Additional Extra Curricular Information:

• Available for Lower and Upper Primary School Ages

• All activities to start during Week 2, the week of 12 October 2026

• All activities to conclude during Week 9, week of 30 November 2026

• No classes are held on public holidays and pupil-free days.

• Sign-up is available for the entire term, and only students who are signed up can attend. 

PROCEDURE: 

1. Children who are signed up will be taken to the Poinsettia Library, where they will join Jane.

2. If you do not collect your child and sign them out with Jane by 4:15 pm, your child will be taken to OSHC. Noting that OSHC fees will apply. 

Collection Procedure

Parents and carers are expected to collect their child promptly at the conclusion of the activity. If your child requires supervision after this time, a booking must be made for our OSHC program via the usual OSHC booking procedure. Please also inform the activity leader that an OSHC booking has been arranged, so they are aware to take your child directly to OSHC.
