Take your game to the next level with our brand-new Shooting Program in Melbourne - designed to help players of all ages and skill levels learn to shoot like a pro.

Using the latest Pro Form Shooting techniques and training on our Shooting Machines, players will build consistency, accuracy, and confidence in their shot.

The Pro Form Shooting Program is capped at 15 players, divided into 5 bays (3 players per hoop). Training includes 3 standard basketball hoops and 2 hoops with Shooting Machines, structured into 5 rotations of 12 minutes each (total: 60 minutes). Each session has a specific focus and objective, with defined roles for two coaches to ensure maximum efficiency and skill development.

Sessions run Fridays only, from 10 October - 19 December, with age-based groups to ensure the right level of challenge and development:

Weekly Schedule:

5:00 - 6:00 PM: Rookies (Ages 6-7), Starters (Ages 8-9), All-Stars (Ages 10-13), MVP (Ages 14+)
6:00 - 7:00 PM: Advanced group (Ages 12-15) - limited to 15 spots only
