A fun dance class mixing all genres in a mash up with style. This class isn't performing so its a fun low stress class to dance it all out, whilst learning about all dance styles!

Adult Jazzy Line Dance 10.45 - 11.30 with Wendy $75

A fun, feel-good dance class that blends the energy of jazz with the structure of line dancing. Designed for all levels, this class teaches choreographed routines to upbeat music—from classics to modern. Dancers move in unison, building coordination, rhythm, and style while enjoying a great cardio workout. No partner needed—just bring your groove and a smile!

Adult Ballet Basics 5.30 - 6.30pm with Sym $75

A low impact basic ballet class perfect for beginners, those who havn't danced for a while or those who want to enjoy ballet in a mindful way, with low impact allegro (jumps) and slow turns. Enjoy ballet whilst looking after your joints!

Little Legs 2-4yrs - 9.15-10am with Sym $70

Our young dancers engage in creative play, learn basic dance skills, participate in fun games and expressive movement.

Adult Beginner Tap 10.15 - 11.15am, Wendy $85

Always wanted to try Tap Dance, but havn't had the opportunity? Nows the time! You don't need to have done any dance before. No tap shoes required to start, just your socks! We can also hire you some tap shoes to try before you buy! ($25 for 6 weeks hire) This class is also good for those who have done some dance before but not tap! Wendy will guide you to gain basic understanding of tap steps and you'll be tap dancing in no time!

Adult Restorative Yoga 9.30 - 10.30 with Emma $120 for 7classes

Yoga suitable for beginners and those who have done it before. A deeply restful 60-minute class using bolsters, blankets, and gentle poses to support your body in slowing down, softening, and recharging. A gentle class to refresh you on a friday!

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Students need to bring their OWN water bottle to dance.

Please remember there is to be no food or drink in the dance space except water. Please also take your own food/drink waste with you as ACD has no regular rubbish removal/plus potential ant issues!

Hand sanitiser is available at the entrance and all students are encouraged to use this upon entry. Soap and water is available in the toilet.

Please do not attend dance classes if you are unwell, stay safe and rested at home. Please also advise us if you are diagnosed with Covid-19 and have been at dance.

All students are encouraged to not use phones whilst at dance.

Albany Contemporary Dance reserves the right to cancel a class if minimum numbers of students is not reached. all monies will be refunded.
