Join us at WNDR Studios for Term 4 of our Thursday night GROOVES class!

What is a Grooves class?... Only the best mix of lip-sync party times x a gentle workout for both the body and mind!

During our 60mins together each Thursday evening we'll warm-up first (of course), then learn a few fun chunks of choreography which repeat as the song repeats - That's right, we'll be jamming to the entire length of the song, while having a good laugh.

This class is a no-judgement, dim lighting, super supportive safe space for you to forget about what's outside the studio and lose yourself to the music. We always encourage bringing your own flavour to the moves and making use of this time for creative expression in whatever way feels right!
