WHAT: Trytime Rugby is offering a training programme to get kids back outside to keep active, have fun, and enhance the fitness and skill sets of young rugby players.

Our clinics will:

Improve speed off the mark
Build confidence
Increase game knowledge
Give players the skills and knowledge to set goals and work towards them
Work on footwork
Build endurance so players perform well through the duration of the game
Help decrease the chance of injury when sports resume
