Term 4 - Tuesday After School Sewing Classes (Montmorency)
Description
Looking to build your sewing skills in a fun and supportive environment? Our weekly sewing classes are the perfect way to learn at your own pace while working on projects that inspire you.
Whether you’re a complete beginner or already have some sewing experience, our instructor will guide you through techniques suited to your skill level.
Each student that books in for the whole term will also receive a Fabric Swap Bag to use during class. These bags contain up to 5 metres of fabric and are designed to spark creativity while encouraging sharing and collaboration. Students can swap fabrics with each other and request refills from The Fabric ReStore for specific projects they’d like to explore during the term.
Class Details:
🧵 When: Every Tuesday 4–6pm
📍 Where: Wellington St Neighbourhood House, 7 Wellington St, Montmorency
👥 Who: Suitable for beginners through to intermediate sewists
🎒 What to Bring: Most supplies are provided. Some projects may require specific items not available at The Fabric ReStore, which students may need to purchase separately.

Age & Abilities:
Children under 10, or participants with a disability, will need an accompanying adult to work alongside them. This support person helps keep them on task and assists with following the step-by-step instructions.
