At E-Gen™ learning & development is about becoming — not simply sitting exams and completing activities.

Our Term 4 Program Experiences invite young people, who are home-schooling and attending mainstream school, to explore what interests them, discover what they’re capable of, and develop skills they can carry into life, further learning, and future careers.

E-Gen™ is a mentor-supported learning community offering connected learning journeys through immersive in-person experiences, live online studios and personalised 1:1 coaching. Every experience is intentionally designed to build transferable capabilities — creativity, communication, confidence, independence, collaboration, problem-solving, resilience and the ability to turn ideas into action.

Rather than existing as isolated programs, E-Gen™ experiences form part of a connected learning ecosystem. Our three pathways nurture creativity, innovation, personal growth and future readiness, allowing young people to follow their interests across complementary experiences and see how skills and ideas connect. They can choose one experience or combine programs to create a richer learning journey that evolves with them.

Our small-group, low-demand and mentor-supported approach recognises that young people learn differently. Participants are given the space to work at their own pace, contribute in ways that suit them and build confidence through meaningful experiences rather than pressure to perform.

Immersive In-Person Experiences

Experience hands-on, collaborative learning in our Frankston South learning and development spaces, where young people can make, create, experiment, discuss, problem-solve and learn alongside others.

Live Online Experiences

Join engaging, real-time learning experiences from anywhere in Australia, connecting with mentors and other young people while developing skills, ideas and creative projects.

Personalised 1:1 Coaching

For young people wanting individual guidance, focused skill development or support with their own interests and projects, personalised coaching provides a learning experience shaped around the individual.

Whether they come to create, make, write, design, experiment, discover or simply explore what might be possible, every E-Gen™ experience is an opportunity to build more than knowledge — it’s an opportunity to build confidence, capability and a stronger sense of who they are becoming.

Our live Online Experiences bring together a collection of engaging, interactive programs that inspire young people to explore their creativity while developing practical skills for today and tomorrow.

Participants can discover creative writing, character design, illustration, animation and visual storytelling from the comfort of home, guided by experienced mentors in supportive small-group and personalised coaching experiences.

Our immersive In-Person Experiences bring together engaging, hands-on experiences that inspire young people to explore storytelling, written expression, media, art and design, engineering, construction and practical making while building real-world skills for today and tomorrow. Guided by experienced mentors in collaborative studio environments, participants learn by creating, designing, building and discovering alongside like-minded peers.
