Drawing upon the leverage points for improved equity identified by the School Network, you will work alongside EEA's School Improvement Coaches and colleagues from across Victorian low-SES schools to:

Consider relevant data points for improved equity in your context;
Identify critical levers for improved equity in your context;
Test and refine specific actions for 2026 (aligned to your school's Key Improvement Strategies); and
Clarify and test the assumptions these actions are based upon.

This workshop will be aligned to Victorian Department of Education annual improvement planning.

It is specifically for school leaders currently working in Victorian schools. We also welcome middle leaders to join and workshop a specific Key Improvement Strategy and set of actions they are responsible for.
