About Josh:
Josh is the Head of Startups at LUNA and leads a large team of lawyers and accountants that are focussed on delivering amazing services for startups from 0 to Series A. Josh has a broad range of experience advising startups on a range of matters across the lifecycle - from structuring and employee incentives to capital raising, in both a legal and commercial capacity. Josh is also an experienced facilitator, working with major schools, universities and organisations to deliver meaningful educational programs and workshops for entrepreneurs and startups.

About Tim: 

Tim is a Lawyer in LUNA’s high growth and scaling startups team, where he advises on a range of transactional, general corporate advisory and complex BAU matters. Previously, Tim was an Associate at a top-tier law firm, Allens, acting for multinational clients in their market-leading Mergers, Acquisitions and Capital Markets team. Tim has acted for private equity funds, superannuation funds and blue chip corporates on a range of public and private M&A transactions, capital raisings and corporate governance matters. Tim loves helping founders unlock the potential of their businesses and has a knack for simplifying complex legal issues so that his clients can navigate them with confidence.
