Join the Food Is Free Inc. crew on Thurs 22 Jan as we step you through how to build & decorate your own terrarium, plus care & maintenance tips for when you take it home. It's really easy & HEAPS of fun!

They make awesome gifts.
It's also a brilliant way to stop glass ending up in landfill.
It is a wholesome and mindful activity designed to slow down your world and be creative.
Plus, a great activity for the school holidays where you can meet other teens.

All materials supplied. But do feel free to BYO large jar, (must be able to fit your hand inside), plants, and/or craft supplies to decorate.

All participants get to take their terrariums with them.

We encourage all abilities to attend. Parents/carers welcome (no ticket required), but this activity is for teens only to participate in.

This workshop takes place in Koling Karringa Ngitj (opposite Our Kitchen Social Cafe) Barkly Square, 25 Barkly Street, Ballarat/Wadawurrung. Enter the building via back courtyard entrance - past Teapot Alley. Plenty of parking out front, and access to PT nearby. The venue is accessible (wheelchair friendly, fully accessible toilets and accessibility car parks off Princess St).

Koling Karringa Ngitj is our brand new multi-collaborative creative space for Grow To Give (est. by Food Is Free Inc.), First Nations Women’s Yarning Garden, & Artist In Residence Amy Teapot to weave our collective magic for community.
