El Conuco de Consciencia is a recurring gathering created to cultivate a vibrant community and nourish our love for dance, music, authenticity, and connection—while honoring the land we gather upon.

We celebrate the richness of our cultural heritage by creating space for local artists, facilitators, artisans, and community members to share their gifts, knowledge, and creative expression.

Our intention is simple: to contribute to the growth of consciousness, compassion, and collective wellbeing.

We warmly invite you to join us and become part of this living, inclusive community.

El Conuco de Consciencia es un encuentro recurrente creado para cultivar una comunidad vibrante y nutrir nuestro amor por el baile, la música, la autenticidad y la conexión, mientras rendimos homenaje a la tierra que habitamos.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, this proud Nuyorican and vegan found renewed purpose in Puerto Rico. As co-founder of Casa Vegana, he creates spaces where music, compassion, conscious movement, and community healing converge.

Today his sets invite celebration, transformation, and authentic connection.

Nacido y criado en Brooklyn, este orgulloso nuyorican y vegano encontró un propósito renovado en Puerto Rico. Como cofundador de Casa Vegana, crea espacios donde convergen música, compasión, movimiento consciente y sanación comunitaria.

Sus sesiones invitan a celebrar, transformar y conectar.

Founder of Shambhala PR, Reiki Master, Sound Therapist, Spiritual Guide, and facilitator of integrative healing experiences.

Through Reiki, sound baths, ecotherapy, forest immersion, ancestral ceremonies, retreats, and meditation circles, she creates spaces for transformation, inner connection, and returning to our essence.
