Join Tech Women and Deloitte this Ada Lovelace Day for an interactive workshop designed to help women build confidence using generative AI.

Ada Lovelace Day celebrates the achievements of women in science, technology, engineering and mathematics, while inspiring the next generation of innovators. This year, we’ll move beyond the hype to explore how AI can become a practical, useful tool in your day-to-day work.

This is not a technical session, and no previous AI experience is required. Through guided activities and peer learning, you’ll build your understanding, try practical techniques and leave with greater confidence to experiment.

Workshop format

3.00pm – 3.30pm — In-person arrival and refreshments in Auckland and Wellington
3.30pm – 5.00pm — Interactive workshop, available in person and online
5.00pm onwards — Networking drinks and connections for in-person attendees; extended Q&A for online attendees

This workshop is designed primarily as an interactive, in-person experience. Support facilitators will be available in Auckland and Wellington to assist participants during the hands-on activities.

Online participants are welcome to join and follow along. While dedicated support will be limited, workshop materials and instructions will be provided throughout the session.

In-person places are limited. Please register for an in-person ticket only if you are committed to attending. If you are unsure, we encourage you to register for the online session instead.
