Straight Across the Strait - an evening of stories about an epic paddling adventure

It took eleven days for Mark Hassell and Chris Jones to paddle their tandem kayak 320 km from Tasmania to Victoria, across one of the world’s most treacherous pieces of water. Join us on Friday 23 June in Launceston to hear stories and experience footage of their unique journey exploring a pristine environment, paddling through the remote and beautiful chain of islands that stretch across the Bass Strait.

Tickets are $10 per person. All funds go to support the work of the Tasmanian Land Conservancy, protecting nature on private land across the state.
