Join The Third Place at The Beach House in Wanderer's Retreat Port Stephens for our MINDFUL MEETS event! Surrounded by prominent and luscious greenery (+ a 3min drive to the beach), we are so thrilled to able to provide a safe space for us to come together, disconnect from digital distractions, and reconnect with one another, or solo if you choose to. As this venue is a personal property, please ensure you read the full event information below before committing.

3.30pm - 4.15pm : Go Solo 
4.15pm - 5.15pm : Have a Yarn
5.15pm - 5.30pm : Gratitude Sharing
5.30pm - 6.00pm : Thank Yous / Collect devices back

WHAT TO EXPECT? 

Go Solo
​Sit back and unwind by journaling, drawing, knitting, reading, or just doing nothing - anything that fills your mindfulness cup. Kindly bring your own materials to keep yourself occupied and make full use of this time with yourself. 

Have a Yarn
​We know how important it is to have a sense of belonging and familiarity, but building genuine connections take time. This is your time to connect with other individuals over a good chat about life, a good books, board games, music, the world - literally anything that you feel like. Your social status, political stance, financial status, gender, age, does not matter here. This is where strangers become acquaintances, and maybe eventually....friends.

Important Venue Notes:
- Parking is available along the road, and a 3min walk to The Beach House where the event will be held. As this is a personal property, kindly arrive and vacate the premises on time.
- Feel free to bring your swimwear / beach essentials as it is a 3min drive to the beach and 1min drive to a wellness centre.
- Discount codes will expire within 6 months from the date of your ticket purchase, so book early, as their treehouses sell out really quickly.

Important Event Notes:
- All our events are 18+ years and above unless otherwise stated. Anyone below 18 years must be accompanied by a parent/guardian and they would each require a ticket for entry to the venue/event.
- All our events are inclusive and we welcome individuals of all genders, sexual orientations, nationalities, and ethnicity. 
- This is a no refund policy event, so please ensure you can commit to the date/time before registering.
- The Third Place and Wanderers Retreat Port Stephens is not responsible for any loss or damage of your personal property. All attendees assume full responsibility and waive any claims against the organisers
- Please note that photographs and footage will be taken throughout the event. These will be used by The Third Place and our venue partners for marketing and publicity in our social media, website, publications, or in any third party publication.
