Have fun and explore the possibilities of Tetra Pak printing lead by Art Factory artist, Jackerina Meyers.
Tetra Pak printing is a fun way to reclaim recycled materials and play with printmaking … all from your kitchen table!
In this one-hour workshop young artists will learn the fundamentals of Tetra Pak printing and work on their own project to explore colour, create an original design, and print their very own Tetra Pak masterpiece.
Participants will take home their original artwork and a materials list so they can continue to explore independently.
ABOUT JACKERINA MEYERS
Jackerina Meyers is a multidisciplinary artist who explores pop culture and portraiture of Australian Soapy stars, family, friends and local personalities. Meyers explores her subjects through painting, drawing and performance art. Meyers is a visible leader, with her practice being featured in documentaries and short films, and performing in collaborative site-specific experimental artworks and traditional theatre plays. Jackerina presented Summer Bay and Beyond (2018) a solo exhibition at Riverina Community College Gallery and has contributed work to group exhibitions including Mystery Parody and the Propaganda (2022) 5 Years (2021) at Wagga Wagga Art Gallery and In the Jungle (2021) at Riverina Community College Gallery. Jackerina was a lead artist in Dystopian Universe, an exhibition at the E3 art space, Wagga Wagga.
