As we prepare for a new presidential administration to take office, connect with powerful Texas foremothers who continue to inspire us and fortify us for what's to come. Go home with ideas on how to connect with your own chosen ancestors and carry their wisdom forward as you create change today.

Meet at the main entrance to the Texas State Cemetery on Navasota Street.

We will then visit inspiring Texas women's grave sites -- including Barbara Jordan, Ann Richards, and Sarah Weddington. We'll learn more about their legacies, and, using the archetypes of the tarot, apply lessons from their stories to our lives today.

Tour includes:

An intimate tour led by Becky Bullard, founder & CEO of Democrasexy and former co-host of The Rabble Texas politics podcast
Your own "Chosen Ancestors" kit including a specially selected crystal and journaling prompts

This tour costs $44.40 per person plus fees. Your purchase helps support Democrasexy's activism work on behalf of Texas women and LGBTQIA+ folks.

We have Sarah Weddington to thank for arguing and winning Roe v. Wade before the U.S. Supreme Court.

We have Barbara Jordan to thank for the first minimum wage law in Texas.

Ann Richards brought more women and people of color into Texas state government than anyone before or since.

Learn more about these incredible women and the lessons their lives offer us for today's trying times!
