The Texas HireAbility Employer Forum & Lex Frieden Employment Awards is a lively forum and luncheon that brings together employers, business leaders, HR professionals and disability advocates to explore the latest strategies for building accessible, inclusive and thriving workplaces.

Highlighting the event is the prestigious Lex Frieden Employment Awards, presented by the Governor’s Committee on People with Disabilities.

These awards honor trailblazing individuals, businesses, and organizations that go above and beyond in hiring, retaining and empowering Texas with disabilities.
