Thai Cuisine - Demonstration Class 

Cat Scott- Hewitt

In this class Cat will demonstrate simple preparation, cutting and cooking techniques while making a variety of seasonal dishes.

All produce used will be uber local and in season including local foragables.

All food being prepared will be vegan, gluten free, dairy free, fodmap friendly and delicious!
