Very spontaneously, I have the chance to use a space in the Authentic Living Centre before it closes, and before i might leave. 

Such an honour. You are welcome, to participate in this course where we dive into different body manipulations, joints, body parts we often neglect. In total simplicity, respect, and curiosity. 

I am excited to offer a comprehensive Thai Massage Course designed to empower you with the skills and knowledge needed to provide safe, guided, and grounding touch. The course will ideally consist of four sessions, held once per week, where you will learn the art of touch, deepen their awareness, and explore breathwork techniques.

In addition to teaching foundational massage techniques, the course will also cover topics such as emotional release, providing
participants with a holistic understanding of the healing power of touch and community. My goal is to create a nurturing environment where you can learn, grow, and connect with yourself and others.

Possible areas: 

- jaw (facial, head, neck) 

- legs (knees, ankles, shins, etc.)

- hips (manipulation, glutes, etc.) 

- cranial-sacral

- arms (hands, writs, etc.)
