“That in accordance with the obligations arising from the Associations Incorporations Act 2015 (WA) the Constitution contained in this draft be approved and adopted as the Constitution of the Albany & Regional Volunteer Service Inc. in substitution for, and to the exclusion of the existing Constitution of the Albany & Regional Volunteer Service Inc.”
