I am based in Quinns Rocks and throughout the years, I have dedicated myself to acquiring certification in high-quality courses. This investment allows me to pass on my knowledge to you through my consults and teachings.I love to inspire, enlighten& empower people to see positive transformations. I am constantly seeking to uncover the truths of the universe, exploring the reasons and methods behind everything, and I am committed to a lifetime of continuous learning and growth.
I teach all levels in Reiki, these are certified courses. The courses I have created are uniquely tuned to the modalities I offer, so your learning becomes a deepened experience. The groups are small to enable quality over quantity ensuring they are personalised. After learning Reiki you are also invited to return to Reiki share groups and of course I am always available for any questions you may encounter.
In addition to this I teach Qi Gong several times a week. Qi Gong is a subtle but effective way of moving energy through the body using breath and gentle movements. Community Qi Gong is offered to locals for free on a Tuesday, all levels are welcomed.
In Human Design I am a Manifestor. Human Design can assist in unfolding your blueprint, the real authentic you. More information can be found on my website.
I love to manifest and align this with events I hold, using Qi Gong, Positive mindset, meditation and movement. So, if you are ready to start your journey, I would love to see you at an event.
