Event description
Wednesday, Feb 14th, 2024. 6:00pm onwards
FILM
Join us at Shambles Brewery for a free screening of the documentary Thankful for Soil. This 20min film powerfully conveys the importance of soil and soil health and celebrates the achievements of farmers like ours at Tasmanian Produce Collective who are successfully regenerating soils.
FARMERS & LOCAL PRODUCE
Want to know how you can support local producers and collect orders from Shambles every fortnight? We'll have information about our online farmers market and how you can be a part of our growing local food community! Some of our farmers & producers will be in the room so you can ask any burning questions.
ART
One of our youngest Tasmanian Produce Collective producers Rosie Treasure will be launching her exhibition 'Characters of the Farm' on the night with postcards and originals available for purchase.
EAT & DRINK
Local beer and food will be available across the bar by the fabulous folks at Shambles. We look forward to seeing you there for an evening of learning about soil & celebrating all things local!
CONNECT
Meet other folks interested in food, farming, localisation, changing systems & living sustainably.
