Join us for a nourishing afternoon of gratitude, mindful movement, and ocean views as we celebrate the launch of Thankful Thoughts: A Gratitude Journal.

Held at Kiama Downs SLSC overlooking the ocean, this special gathering is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and close out the week with intention before stepping into a new one with a more grounded and grateful mindset.

Together, we’ll move through a gentle heart-opening gratitude yoga flow and meditation designed to leave you feeling calm, uplifted, and connected. The class is beginner friendly and suitable for all levels.

After the practice, there will be space for reflection, journalling and connection while taking in the peaceful coastal surrounds. Please bring a pen and your own journal if you’d like, or you’ll have the opportunity to purchase a copy of Thankful Thoughts: A Gratitude Journal at the event.
