Thanksgiving Twists and Classics! Planet 1st Kids Cooking Class November 2024

Hello Planet 1st Culinarians! 

Chefs Bill and Mikael are excited to present Thanksgiving Twists and Classics! This class is designed to teach students recipes that can be replicated at home with minimal assistance as well as introducing them to new skills and product!  Teamwork is also a very important component to the class structure. Looking forward to seeing your young chefs, soon!   

Menu Includes:

• Turkey Turnovers (Each student creates individual turnovers; learning about preparing filling and forming pastry) 
• Delish Dressing (Students will learn about cornbread-based dressing and individually make their own)
• Old School Classic Cranberry "Jell-O" Salad. (Team exercise, each station will create salads)
• Pumpkin Spice Spritzer (Group Demo)

Reminders!!

• PARENTS ARE TO REMAIN AT THE MARKET
• Age requirement is 6-17 years old. 
• The doors will open at 10:15 AM, the class will start promptly at 10:30 AM
• The class will be held in the Demonstration Kitchen, these are the doors across from Akira
• Budding chefs' creations will be enough to feed a child and one adult
